Those under 21 will receive a glass of sparkling cider. CHILDREN 5 & under FREE! Children 6-12 discounted price! We have a child and youth size t-shirt available this year!

On race day the Event Barn will be open at 8:30am for participants arriving early. Music, food, drinks, and goodies will be available before and after the race in and around the Event Barn.

Fentanyl Awareness & Rivaura Rosé River Run -  5th Annual 5k Run/Walk

May is Fentanyl Awareness Month, and Rivaura will be donating a portion of the race proceeds and 100% of the donations of this event to fentanyl awareness. Cal Daniel Heinen was more than just a friend to the Hewett family, he was also Winemaker Lane Hewett's best friend and classmate. His life ended suddenly in November 2019 due to an accidental overdose from a pill laced with Fentanyl.

This epidemic is overwhelming. Cal's friends and family with Rivaura are taking a stand. Fentanyl is an opioid 50 - 100 times stronger than morphine. Opioid overdose deaths have been DECLINING since mid-2023! This is a great statistic to hear, but our work is not done yet! It seems everyone knows someone who has been impacted by this crisis. Law enforcement, the DEA, and Medical Examiners, have found themselves increasingly overwhelmed with the amount of fentanyl deaths in America. To find out more about fentanyl awareness, visit Be That Friend on Instagram and Facebook.

We need people talking, researching, and sharing Cal's story. We want to make sure Cal’s death and the deaths of countless others will not be in vain, but may help save lives. Remember Cal, Remember why.
