We return with a four-day experience that will feature a diverse selection of mouth-watering eats, premium wines, hands-on cooking demonstrations by celebrity chefs, and much more.
Produced by Palm Springs Life magazine and located in the stunning tree-lined El Paseo shopping district in Palm Desert, California, this annual gastronomic event is the most celebrated cuisine and beverage festival in Greater Palm Springs and will feature a roster of the nation's top chefs, vintners, and brewmasters.
The fête begins with a James Beard Gourmet Four-Course Luncheon prepared by culinary virtuosos and will be followed by two days of grand tastings, where you can delight in delectable offerings from local and regional restaurants, sample more than 60 wines, enjoy unique craft brews, IPAs, and draught ciders, or taste and savor assorted spirit brands.

9:00 am - 1:00 pm: Celebrity Chef Date Farm Tour & Lunch
Embark on an unforgettable guided bus tour with celebrity chef Aarti Sequeira to see firsthand where our ingredients come from. You'll visit The Packhouse and Aziz Farms. This immersive experience offers hands-on learning about the region's famous dates and farming practices, capped off with a delightful alfresco lunch in the grove at Aziz Farms.
The tour begins at The Gardens on El Paseo, departing from the upper-level parking deck. Guests will enjoy convenient shuttle service throughout the tour and return to the departure location at the conclusion of the event.

6:00 - 7:00 pm: The Gale Gand Guide to Chilies
Explore the diverse world of chili peppers, from mild to fiery, and learn how to incorporate their unique flavors into your dishes. Watch and taste a demo of Chili Sesame Noodles by Gale Gand, James Beard Award–winning pastry chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, and host of Food Network's Sweet Dreams. Whether you're a spice enthusiast or a newcomer, this class will heat up your culinary skills and inspire your next spicy creation!

6:00–8:00 pm: Cheese Masterclass with Afrim Pristine
Cheese lovers, assemble. Learn all about the art of cheesemaking and wine pairings with Afrim Pristine, an esteemed maître fromager (certified cheese master). Pristine returns for a special evening master class sharing some of his favorite wines paired with the world's best cheeses.
