Fun-Filled Weekend of Bicycling

The 20th Annual Fat & Skinny Tire Fest is an ode to National Bicycle Month and our all-size-tires and all-ages-invited shindig! Each year we host all kinds of cyclists from racers to casual riders, enthusiasts, and the curious, together in our Bicycle Friendly Community of Warsaw and Winona Lake, Indiana.

Help us grow support for our very own Ride&Walk Warsaw+Winona Lake community initiatives, the Winona Lake Trails, friends like Bicycle Indiana, and more. Come ride with us!

8:30 am - 4:00 pm:  Zimmer Biomet Road Criterium Races

Location: Village at Winona

This timed road race, taking place on the island in the Winona Lake Village, is a favorite for riders and spectators alike. Come support cyclists of all ages and skill levels as they compete in a fast-paced, exciting event.

Location: Winona Lake Trails Hauth Trailhead

We’ve partnered with NEIC Mountain Bike Trailblazers, a regional group that teach bike handling skills and safety with Certified Coaches. These are free sessions open to grades K-12.Bring a bike and your helmet (limited bikes available based on first come/first served). After the clinic, be sure to bring your rider and bike down to the Village to join the Kid’s Races around the island!

This fun event matches local businesses against each other for the ultimate corporate challenge. You won’t want to miss this race! So, come to the island in Winona Lake to watch and support our local business sponsors as they pedal it out for the coveted Ortho Cup trophy.
