Schedule of Events:
12:00 pm: AD Oliver Middle School 7th and 8th Grade Jazz Ensemble
01:00 pm: NazJazz Combo
02:00 pm: Nazareth Rock Ensemble
4:00 pm: A Girl Named Genny
A Girl Named Genny is based in Rochester, NY. The band incorporates traditional folk instruments to produce a new sound that encompasses several genres and styles. Dynamic instrumentation and upbeat melodies drive this high energy Americana band, however, breaking down sets to create intimate tender moments is always a promise. Fresh off of their release "For All The Seasons" last year, the band plans to expand their reach and audience in 2025.
5:30 pm: Claude Bennington's Fever Dream
"Claude Bennington's Fever Dream is the live-band collaboration of Rochester rappers Gary Lamaar and Moses Rockwell. Their music exists in the cross section of sample-based hip-hop and jazz improvisation. It's an exciting mixture of the familiar and the far out. Whether you're drawn to unique lyricism, high-octane musicianship, or just a groove to move to, Claude won't disappoint."
7:00 pm: Sir Woman
Sir Woman, Austin Music Award's Best New Act of 2020, was primed to hit the road promoting its much-anticipated debut album Party City, when the world changed. With fewer reasons to celebrate, soul-singer Kelsey Wilson (Wild Child, Glorietta) ditched the party vibe she planned for her maiden, solo debut in favor of a more aptly titled record for troubled times., a genre-bending, Motown-influenced five-song EP, is set for an Oct. 16 release under Wilson's acid-trip inspired stage name on Austin's Nine Mile Records.
