This year will mark 25th Annual Brooklet Peanut Run 5k. This race will be held on the 3rd Saturday in August and will begin at 7:15 A.M. The location of the race will be at the Brooklet Elementary School - 600 West Lane Street Brooklet, GA. The awards ceremony will be in front of the school at 8:30 A.M. 

Since this will be the 25th year, we plan to make it one of the biggest and best. Plans are being made to award top prizes and also have some great door prizes. We look forward to all runners and walkers to participate.
The actual Peanut Festival has been moved to the third Saturday in September, however we have kept the 5k race on what was the original date of the Peanut Festival which was the 3rd Saturday of August.

The 5k run is hosted by the Southeast Bulloch High School Cross Country Team(s). This is a fundraiser to help with travel costs within the season and also assist with the purchasing of uniforms and other team equipment and supplies.

Cost: 

Early Bird special for those signing up before July 6th the cost will be $25. Beginning July 6th, 2025 the price will be $30. Everyone signing up prior to August 4th will be guaranteed a T-Shirt. Beginning on August 5th the price will increase to $35. and anyone signing up on or after August 5th will NOT be guaranteed a T-Shirt.
