XZooberance Spring Festival!

After a long Indiana winter, we all could use a little xZOOberance! We’ve expanded our annual spring festival to feature 20 days of fun with activities running from noon-4pm on event days only.

Sprouting up just in time for spring break, xZOOberance presented by ITS Logistics, is the perfect family-friendly experience to overcome the winter cabin fever. The Bicentennial Pavilion will be buzzing with spring-centric activities, a DJ, dancing, living artworks and animals.

Best of all, this event is free for Zoo members and included with regular admission.

Spring-Themed Fun!

- Blooming Cottage – Combine your green thumb with your creativity with our flower arranging activities.
- Pollen Toss – Test your throwing skills with our competitive and fun Pollen Toss game.
- Animal Topiaries – See the art of spring and wildlife combined in these life-size topiaries across the Zoo.
- Photo Ops – Make long-lasting memories with our vibrant backgrounds of oversized pinwheels, larger-than-life flowers and our beautiful Fly With the Butterflies Photo Op.
- Spring Animals – Get up-close and meet our chickens and goats!
- Live DJ & Karaoke – Jam out, dance and sing like a bee to our DJ performing live at the Bicentennial Pavilion.

Zoo Animals

Moderate spring temperatures means more active animals. As we say goodbye to winter, many of the Zoo’s animals will be out to celebrate the arrival of Spring.

See the chimpanzees, kangaroos, elephants, cheetahs, rhinos, macaws and more joining in the fun of the new season with extra chats and themed enrichment created by guests.
