This coming July 26th and 27th, the 2nd annual WE Chalk Festival is going to transform the streets in the Shops at West End into an outdoor chalk gallery of masterpieces.  There will be professional chalk artists from all over the globe coming to St. Louis Park to create beautiful 2D and 3D creations.   There will also be areas for amateurs and kids to create as well as a large public chalk mandala for all to participate in.
