Ever wonder how this show has become one of if not the BEST pinball show in the world? It takes collectors who bring their machines, exhibitors who sell their products, and guests who come to enjoy our hobby. It is also a lot of work. In order to make sure the show is a fantastic time for everyone, we have a team of staff and volunteers that give up their game playing time to help out in the registration area, the gift shop, our back door check-in and check-out, and the seminar room. We also have people who help out with other tasks that just need to get done like door watching.

Interested in being a part of the volunteer team? We have sign-ups for each location we need help in. Just choose a sign-up link and grab a slot. For every 2 hours of work you perform, you get a $15 credit towards food and merchandise. Want this years challenge coin? That is 2 hours of work. How about the show T-Shirt? Only 4 hours of work. If you are hungry, we will give you a voucher for $15 worth of food that can be used at the food trucks or the in-house food that the convention center sells.

The 2025 Texas Pinball Festival will be held the weekend of March 21-23, 2025 in a HUGE 40,000+ square foot game room! We’ll be at the Embassy Suites Dallas – Frisco Hotel and Conference Center in Frisco again, and we want to top what we did last year and fill this space with more than 400 pinball machines, classic video games and other game room goodies set up on free play for everyone to enjoy the entire weekend. Leave your quarters at home!

Children under 5 get in free. Ages 5-12 are child pricing.  Pre-register for the 2025 Texas Pinball Festival starting Saturday, September 28, 2024, or find out how get in Free when you bring a game! Exhibitors, collectors and hobbyists from the surrounding area and beyond will be bringing parts, supplies, game room memorabilia, pinballs, video games and more for sale. People just like YOU will be bringing their own machines to share. One lucky winner will take home a new pinball machine from our annual TPF raffle.

The hotel offers multiple options for food and drink. Food trucks are also available. And don’t worry about trying to find a way home. We’ve contracted at several hotels for a block of rooms available at a special rate just for our guests. Check out your hotel options here.

TPF2018 Tourney PlayersDo you have what it takes to be a pinball wizard? A variety of adult and children’s tournaments will be held throughout the weekend to test your skills. Compete against others for trophies, ribbons and cash prizes. You could walk out a superstar!

This show draws people from all over the United States and beyond. It is one of the largest shows in the industry and we want you to experience it first hand. So come on out and join us!
