In 2025 Swedish Days will be held June 18-22.  Geneva Swedish Days is 75 years old this year and celebrates the heritage of Swedish immigrants who settled in the area. Craft beer tent, a carnival, a Kids’ Day, nightly entertainment and a parade are part of the festivities. Merchants host special sales and in-store events, as well as sponsoring main festival programs and donating in-kind services. Food stands throughout the downtown area tempt visitors with Swedish and American menus.

Exhibitions - Geneva History Museum, 113 S. Third St.
Visit three museum galleries. $5/person; $2/seniors, students, & children; FREE Museum members and Trolley participants.

Eat Your Heart Out Geneva" - Explore the rich history of Geneva's restaurants, showcasing their unique contributions to the community.
Geneva’s Story - sharing our town’s history with rare artifacts, a movie theatre, and a story booth. “Little Chefs: Serving Up Fun and Learning” — a hands-on kids exhibition where visitors can step into the world of a bustling restaurant.

Geneva Public Library, 227 Seventh St. Stop by the Library for a week of Swedish Days fun! Enjoy the indoor play area and Swedish-themed drop-in
crafts in Kids Landing and visit our 2nd floor exhibition space to see Freya the dragon and the LEGO® model of our building.

Geneva History Museum Trolley Tours - Corner of South Third & Campbell Streets (departure & return) $25/person
Enjoy a 45-minute, air-conditioned, guided trolley tour of Geneva including fun stories of houses, businesses and early settlers. Tours leave each hour, on the hour. Participants will receive a swag bag full of offers from Geneva businesses and free admission to all three exhibitions in the Geneva History Museum. Craft beer enthusiasts will appreciate this experience. Expanded craft beer selection from Penrose Brewing Company, Stockholm’s and Art History Brewing every day. Hop Water will have a non-alcoholic beer option available as well. Visit with friends and enjoy this tented event through Sunday. Nicole Devine
Nicole Devine is a singer-songwriter from Elk Grove Village and currently lives in Geneva, IL. Nicole has been singing since she was 4 and playing live music since back in 2018 when Keith Urban brought her on stage to sing with him. When she's not performing, she can be found hanging out with her dogs, Brantley and Miles, or
training for her next marathon. She has a goal to do every state and has completed 9 states so far, including one of those being a full Ironman. She's a member of local running club, Fox River Trail Runners. This is her second time performing at Swedish Days and she is honored to be invited back.

3:00 pm - Central Stage – Afternoon Logic
Based in the western suburbs, Afternoon Logic has performed all over the Chicagoland area, delighting audiences with its eclectic array of music and arrangements. Multi-Instrumentalist Dave Purdy and Female Vocalist Gretchen DeCraene bring you everything from The 60’s to today’s artists and hits, all done all done in
a modern style that is unique and a delight to your ears

5:00 pm - Central Stage – The Vaughan Building
The Vaughan Building is a 4-piece Rock band from Chicago. Mixing the sounds of Garage and Psychedelic Rock with the tunefulness of Folk Rock and Power Pop, The Vaughan Building aims to take Blues-based music kicking and screaming into the 21st century with energy, authenticity, and classic Rock 'n Roll fun!

KIDS’ DAY SCHEDULE
The Library hosts the annual Swedish Days Kids' Day event with fun-filled games, activities, treats, music, crafts, and more! Activities will take place in the parking lot and inside the building. Check-In for Kids’ Day Parade – Campbell & Fourth streets (look for check-in table) No pre-registration is necessary. Get creative and enter into one of these parade categories: Swedish Spirit, Fun with Bikes & Trikes and Geneva Viking Fans. First place in each category will receive a Graham’s Fine Chocolates & Ice Cream Gift Certificate and the first 50 registrants will receive a free ice cream scoop coupon
for Graham’s at check-in. (while supplies last)
