A 3.1 mile course that loops through and around the beautiful West Rowan area. For competitive and recreational runners. Walkers welcomed.

All proceeds go to Rowan Helping Ministries - a not-for-profit volunteer-based corporation which operates human service programs to assist the economically disadvantaged.

*Canned goods and used running shoes will be collected at the race.  Donated items will be dispersed by Rowan Helping Ministries after the race.

Awards:

Immediately following the race:  5K Top 3 Male and Female participants in each age division. Top 3 Overall Male and Female.  Overall Masters Male and Female.

1/2 Mile Fun-Run Top 3 Male and Female ages 12 and under.

AGE GROUPS 5K 11 & under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.
