Join the Seashore Striders for this Christmas traditional 5k. Join the Striders at Cape Henlopen State Park on Sunday, December 15th at 10 am for a fun 5k . Run or walk with the Striders and take part in the traditional 5k Run at beautiful Cape Henlopen. Don't forget to wear your Santa Suit! Beautiful course through Cape Henlopen State Park, through Ft. Miles & turning around behind the campground at the abandoned tower.

Custom awards will be presented to the Overall, Master, and the top three finishers in the following 10 age groups for each event:
5k...9 & U, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
