The 2024 Oahe Winter Festival will be the inaugural event for what we hope will become a long-lived holiday tradition in the Pierre/Fort Pierre area. The Parade of Lights will kick off the weekend on Friday, December 6th. Saturday will then be filled with festivities around the community, as well as live entertainment, a scavenger hunt, activities, and vendors in the Historic Downtown Area.
