Bookish fun at Northshire's annual festival!

Join Northshire on May 2-4, 2025 in beautiful Manchester Center, Vermont, for an intimate weekend of talks, signings, celebration, and a wonderful array of guest authors!

Our 2025 Booktopia authors are: Julia Alvarez, Jessica Anya Blau, Harry Bliss, Karla Cornejo Villavicencio, Jennifer Haigh, Jean Hanff Korelitz, Stuart Nadler, Amy Shearn, Shubha Sunder and Helen Whybrow. Booktopia will include interviews by Joe Donahue, Megan Mayhew Bergman, Kim Van Alkemade and the Northshire staff!

Saturday, May 3rd will feature a group reading and signing featuring many of this years' authors, a session with industry expert Ann Kingman, and a Yankee Book Swap.

It is possible to purchase tickets for all three days, Saturday and Sunday only, or just Sunday's event with Julia Alvarez. All two- or three-day tickets include a $50 Northshire Bookstore gift card. You will receive your gift card upon check-in at the festival.

Schedule:

8:30-9:00 am: Check in & badge pick-up­ at Northshire Bookstore. Later arrivals will be able to check in with a bookseller at the front service desk.

9:00-10 am: Author Session S1 (Multiple Locations)

Harry Bliss in conversation with Joe Donahue - Northshire Bookstore Event Space

10:15 am-12:15 pm: Author Session S2 (First Baptist Church Sanctuary): Jessica Anya Blau, Harry Bliss, Karla Cornejo Villavicencio, Jennifer Haigh, Jean Hanff Korelitz, Stuart Nadler, Amy Shearn, Shubha Sunder and Helen Whybrow will each give a short reading. The readings will be followed by a group book signing at Northshire Bookstore on the main level.
