Native Elements Art Festival + Market will replace the long-standing Native Treasures Market and serve as the kick-off to the 2025 Santa Fe Art season. The celebration begins May 21st with a Grand Opening Celebration at the Santa Fe Botanical Garden with music, food, entertainment, live and silent auctions, and a chance to mingle with featured artists. The newly established “Native Elements Distinguished Achievement Award” will be presented to Dr. Robert Martin (Cherokee Nation), President of the Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA) and Roxanne Swentzell (Santa Clara Pueblo).

THE MARKET

Native Elements Market, featuring approximately 160 Native artists will open Friday, May 23rd with a reception and a VIP Friday Night Market at the Santa Fe Convention Center. The Market continues Saturday and Sunday at the Convention Center with art sales, food, and entertainment.

Elements of the Earth Contemporary Native Sculpture Exhibition – Thursday, May 22 from 9:00am – 5:00pm @ the Santa Fe Botanical Garden. (Free with admission to the Garden)

Featured Artist Panel Discussion (moderated by Michael Clawson, Native American Art Magazine) – Thursday, May 22 from 11:00am – Noon @ Udall Center for Museum Resources. (Ticketed)

Featured Artist, George Alexander Demonstration + Gallery Stroll – Thursday, May 22 from 5:00 – 7:30pm  @ La Fonda on the Plaza and maps will be distributed for the Gallery Stroll. (Free)
