MarylandFest is taking over Historic St. Mary’s City on Saturday, May 3, 2025, and it promises to be an unforgettable day filled with fun, food, and drinks.
MarylandFest will replace the former Beerfest, but this year’s event will be bigger and better than ever, with the added bonus of celebrating Maryland spring in the beautiful outdoors.
Admission to MarylandFest is free, with some ticketed activities available. Along with returning beer vendors, there will be wine and spirits vendors to satisfy all tastes, making this an expanded celebration of local beverages.

2:30 PM: Dance around the maypole

The 8 Ohms Band hails from Annapolis, Maryland and has a powerhouse lineup of players from all over the DC metro area. Bringing heaping doses of Horn Heavy Funk. Drawing from diverse musical backgrounds, The 8 Ohms are known for blurring the lines between hard groove, funk, soul, reggae and a slight taste of DC's own go-go music.
