DISTILLATION DEMONSTRATION
Daily 6 pm
Join our farmer for a demonstration on distilling lavender to extract essential oils. The talk will cover the organic practices of our farm and discuss about our future plans. The demonstration lasts about 30-45 minutes.
Guided tractor tours
Friday to Sunday 6-10 pm
Monday to Thursday 7-9 pm
Take a ride through the lavender fields and visit the magnificent 1000-year-old oak tree and return back. During the tour, your friendly guide will share the rich history of the ranch. This tractor tour lasts for approximately 10-15 minutes and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis with no prior reservations taken. Tours are $8 for adults (18-64 years old), $7 for seniors/students (65+ years old, 13-17 years old), $5 for children (4-12 years old) and free for kids under 3 years old.
Sourdough bread hall
Daily 5-10 pm
Purchase organic sourdough bread made using ancient grains (milled fresh daily) using a natural starter (no yeast). Different types of breads may be available on the weekends. Starter available to purchase with instructions on making your own sourdough bread at home. Sample infused olive oils, organic vinegars and infused honeys. Lavender cheese available for purchase.
Flower Eatery
Daily 5-10 pm
Try floral-inspired desserts topped with edible flowers from our garden, plus our popular tea flight made with regenerative certified green tea! Located in the main lobby.
History tour
Fridays at 7:00 pm
Take a walking tour led by a local historian to expore and learn about the area's rich history.
Lavender & Farm TOUR

Begins Memorial Day weekend.
Take a farm tractor wagon tour of our farm to see firsthand how we cultivate crops like grapes, persimmons, and lavender, culminating in a tasting session at Casa de las Tapas.

WINERY TOUR
Saturdays & Sundays 6:30 pm
Join us for a delightful mini winery tour, where you can discover the story behind our grape vines and our vision for the future of Black Bench Winery. Our farmer will tell you about how we planted our vines and also about the grape varieties we cultivate. Complimentary wine sample at the Black Bench Wine Bar. Free. Please meet on the brick patio next to Sourdough Donuts.
Indigenous GARDEN TOUR
Saturdays & Sundays 7:00 pm
Begins Memorial Day weekend.
The Master Gardeners guide you through our Indigenous Garden which showcases native culture and the edible and medicinal plants that grow wild in our area and were historically used by our local tribes. The tours take place on Saturday and Sunday at 7 pm. Please meet at the Master Gardeners booth. Free.
Lavender Food & Drinks
The main food court is located outdoors near the lavender fields and offers various lavender-inspired food and drinks from 5-10 pm. There is no indoor restaurant dining on site.
Live music Schedule
Live music is performed on the festival lawn from 6:30-9:00 pm* or 6:30-8:30 pm.
