Chismosa Comedy is NY’s hottest gossip themed comedy show featured in the in the 2025 Knockouts Festival and New York Comedy Festival. Back for another amazing night of comedians from late night, Comedy Central, HBO and more.

After each set each comic has 1 minute to spill some juicy gossip.

Join us for a night of laughs at Coy in Bedstuy. As part of the 2nd Annual Knockouts Women's Comedy Festival, The Cookout features NYC's best women and femme BIPOC comics in a fun and safe atmosphere where we can definitely answer the age-old question: Are you invited to the cookout? Hosted by Seynique Smythe.

Vivian is turning 27, Roxanne is turning it out, and we are turning the entire genre of comedy on its head, because we are trailblazers in that way. This show will be part of the Knockout Comedy Festival and features an epic lineup of comedians. Babs Gray burst into the international spotlight with her groundbreaking podcast, Britney's Gram, igniting the #FreeBritney movement and shedding light on the iconic pop star's legal battles. This pivotal moment was immortalized in the Hulu documentary, Framing Britney Spears. As a co-host of the wildly popular podcast Lady to Lady, featured on the Exactly Right network alongside My Favorite Murder, Babs continues to captivate audiences with her infectious humor and no-holds-barred discussions. Ashley Ray is the most famous bisexual solo polyamorous black queer comedian, actor, and writer currently based in Los Angeles. In 2021, she was featured in Bust for her “whip smart TV criticism.” And yes, she’s also famous for smoking pot. In 2022, Ashley wrote on Adult Swim’s, ALABAMA JACKSON created by Donald Faison. Ashley was selected as one of HBO Max’s Queer Comics to Watch for 2021 and filmed a digital special for the platform. That same year she did a sold out hour at Union Hall in NY. Ashley is the host of the popular podcast ‘TV I Say with Ashley Ray’ which was featured in the New York Times as a 2021 Podcast Worth Checking Out.”
