Stem Day at the Iowa State Fair will inspire Fairgoers with dozens of interactive, hands-on science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) experiments on the Grand Concourse, exciting stage acts on the MidAmerican Energy Stage, giveaways and information about the Iowa Governor's STEM Advisory Council at the Iowa Department of Education and its statewide programming.
Gate Admission
Adult (ages 12 and up): $16
Child (ages 6-11): $10
Under 5: Free
After 7 p.m., there are no on-site ticket sales or entry/re-entry at the gates
Special Savings
Sunday Funday: $12 adult (ages 12 and up) admission and $8 child (ages 6-11) admission. $9 adult (ages
12 and over) admission with the donation of 3 cans of non-perishable food from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thrill Park Wristband
Good during Fair time only on any ride or game in Thrill Town and Thrill Ville. Tickets and credits can be
purchased and reloaded onto the Thrill Park Wristband at any Thrill Parks kiosk in Thrill Town or Thrill Ville. $1 for 1 credit
Thrill Park Wristbands are not valid in Thrill Zone.
Upon initial purchase of a Thrill Park Wristband , a one-time $1 fee is charged.
