Distance Options & Pricing
1K Stroll: Started in 2024, this distance was created with cancer patients in mind, and allows patients and supporters to join in on the fun with a shorter distance. This distange begins after the 5K and 10K Trail participants have started, approximiately 9:10 am, to allow for participants to walk at their own pace.
Registration Fee: $35
5K: The one that started it all! This course takes you through portions of the University of Utah campus and Research Park, and clocks in at just over three miles. View the 5K course.

10K Trail: In addition to running through the campus, you'll spend time on the beautiful Bonneville Shoreline Trail enjoying some of Utah's best scenery. View the 10K course.

Kids Fun K: This course takes a short loop close to the start and finish line, and is perfect for our littlest supporters!
Registration Fee: $12
All walk & run courses start and finish at Fort Douglas Field at the University of Utah.

Kids Fun K: 8:45 am
Warm-up for the Kids Fun K begins at 8:40 am. Adults may run with their kids in the Kids Fun K without needing to register themselves, but will need to register if they plan to also run in either the 5K or 10K Trail distances.
Adults who run with their kids without registering themselves for an event will not receive an event t-shirt or bib number.
