The City of Goose Creek Police Department is hosting the 7th annual Hot Pursuit 5K. The race will be held on June 14th at 8am, starting at the Goose Creek Municipal Complex. It will traverse paved hiker/biker trails and roadways before returning to the municipal center. A half-mile KIDS RUN follows the path around the lake, a FREE event for children. The kids' race will start at 7:30 am.
Awards
Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in the following age groups: 19 or younger, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. There will be prizes for the top three male and female finishers in each age group, and the first 500 runners to finish the race will receive a finisher's medal.
