The 10K and 10M courses start on the Sorlie Bridge, run through downtown Grand Forks, University Ave, the UND campus and the Grand Forks and East Grand Forks Greenway. The finish line for all races is at the flood obelisk just to the south of the Sorlie Bridge.

Saturday – Packet Pick-Up – 5:30 AM to 6:00 AM
Saturday – 10 Mile & 10K – 6:30 AM
Saturday – Rhombus Pizza Beer Garden – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
