The Blue Moon Trail Run is a fun and challenging local race provided by the City of Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department.

The 3-time run series is offered on the fourth Friday evenings of May, June, and July. In addition to the race series, a 5K geocache race will be offered for May only.

The running races start and finish in Piñon Valley Park in northwest Colorado Springs, but primarily run within neighboring Ute Valley Park.

All races include climbs to beautiful vistas, a rock arch, seasonal sunflowers, and kids races for those aged 12 and under.

Awards ceremony to take place post-race on Friday, July 25.

Run Series: $90 pre/$105 day of

Individual Trail Run Series Races: $35 pre/$45 day of

Late registration fee of $15 dollars will apply to all in person and internet registrations beginning on 7/25
