Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra's annual Beethoven 5K is a run that celebrates classical music, nature, community, and the 75 years of joy and inspiration FSO has offered to all residents of Flagstaff and northern Arizona. Join us on June 7th for the Beethoven 5K and support Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra!
The opening four-note motif of Beethoven's Fifth Symphony is one of the most recognizable and iconic sequences in classical music. Beethoven's influence is immeasurable, and he left an enduring legacy that continues to inspire musicians and audiences. It is also known that Beethoven found inspiration in nature and often composed while walking in the countryside. He believed that spending time outdoors helped stimulate his creativity. We invite you to celebrate Beethoven, classical music, and FSO with us this June for the Beethoven 5K.
