Restorative Mindfulness Woodwind Quartet & Bird Watching

With both bird watching and live music, this one-of-a-kind event emphasizes meaningful observation and mindfulness. NWA Land Trust will lead guided bird watching, providing binoculars to the first 40 people who register. The Sarah Reed Woodwind Quartet will play a brief concert inspired by birds to connect arts and nature.
