Join us for this years 10th Annual Hero Hustle Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon at Schram Park. The Hero Hustle welcomes all athletes of all abilities. The goal is to have a good time and raise money for a good cause.
The race is a sprint distance triathlon comprised of a 400yd swim, a 16 mile bike ride, and a 5K run to wrap it up. The swim course will be held in Schram Pond. The bike course is out on a public highway and has rolling hills for most of the course. The run course will be mostly flat, with athletes only having to tackle one hill…at least you get to turn around and run back down it though! The duathlon replaces the swim with a one mile run around Schram Pond followed by the same 16 mile bike ride and 5K.
