8:15 to 9:15: Race Day Packet Pickup/Runner Check-in

9:30 to 9:45: Pre-Race Briefing

10 am: 10K Start

10:15: 5K Start
All 5K runners MUST be at the top of the BlueBird lift by 10:10am for the start of the 5K downhill race
